Tenancy Services Campaign

2023年初頭、テナンシーサービスから明確な要望がありました。非遵守の家主に健康住宅基準を遵守するよう促す強力なキャンペーンが必要だと。

There was no extra fluff involved here: our challenge was to bring this functional message to life in a way that drove results. To do this, we developed a series of live action videos featuring real compliance officers and practical information. Working in close partnership with the Tenancy Services team, we showed how officers carry out compliance checks and reminded landlords they need to keep their homes up to standard. These short, effective videos were distributed across a range of media channels nationwide.
